- High Entry Barriers: Traditional custom molding was too expensive for their testing phase.
- MOQ Limitations: Most factories rejected their small order quantities or offered very limited styles (例えば, only black frames).
- Supply Chain Instability: Previous attempts with other suppliers resulted in uncertain delivery dates.
Julong Solution
- “Small B” Program: We identified their need for “Low Budget, Small Batch, Brand Customization.”
- Ready-to-Customize Inventory: We offered a selection of 10 popular sports frames and 50+ color options from our ready stock.
- Rapid Customization: We enabled logo customization on these stock items with a low MOQ of just 20 sets and a 5-7 day turnaround time.

- The low-risk trial was successful, leading to a repeat order within two weeks and establishing a consistent restocking cycle.
I received the goods in 7 days and was very satisfied with the product quality and delivery time. I give five stars to their fast response service; after the trial order, I placed repeat orders half a month later, recognizing the product quality, customization effect, and cost advantages—this enabled high-frequency repurchases and elevated our brand reputation locally.
